For more than 20 years, it has been our passion and our privilege to bring manuscripts to life.

We made a big splash in the publishing world with Rise & Dine: Savory Secrets from America’s Bed & Breakfast Inns. It was widely praised as “the best of the bed and breakfast compilation cookbooks,” nominated for a Benjamin Franklin Book Award, carried by all the major booksellers and wholesalers, featured in Book-of-the-Month and Scholastic Adult book clubs, and became a North American bestseller. A spin-off book for Canada, multiple printings, and new editions followed. Not bad for our first book!

We went on to publish many other successful cookbooks, including two best-selling cookbooks by Food Network TV chef Michael Smith (Open Kitchen and The Inn Chef). We also published The Spice is Right, the first cookbook by award winning food writer Monica Bhide. Monica has gone on to be published by Simon & Schuster and Random House. She has written for The Washington Post and Gourmet, to name a few.

After many requests, we began to offer our award-winning book publishing services to fundraising organizations and self publishing authors. We became one of the first independent publishers to expand into book self publishing.

Over the years, we have built up expertise in other subjects. These include children’s picture books and children's board books; art and photography coffee table books; and, textbooks, business books, and how-to books.

Today, we still love making books. We are dedicated to providing the best book publishing services to help you make your own big splash in the publishing world.
